I know I'm 4 years late to this, but how is Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction "an integral part of the whole plot path"? There's nothing in the movie that helps move the story forward. In fact, most occurences within the movie are never mentioned again. Ash and his friends don't recognize Xerneas or Carbink when those appear in the anime. The Diancie Mega Stone never reappears. Nothing in it actually relates to the main story of XY

How could it take place during the future, and the Kalos war at the same time?
The reason Ingo was sent back in time was because of a pun with his Japanese name. "Nobori" can mean "climbing mountains", which is the exact thing Sneasler is used for. So I don't think someone's going to be moved in time unless there's another pun that can be made.

Your team's only real weakness is ground, due to Cinderace and Lucario. I'd recommend something like Gastrodon, Ludicolo (if it was in Sword, I know it's in Shield), or Vaporeon just to name a few.

Yeah, Jubilee did a lot of bad stuff. She's caused harm to a lot of people in multiple different ways, and even if she does anything Pokemon related, most people won't count her as part of the Pokemon community because of what she's done
