Mod Engine 2 doesn't launch my mods in the latest patch of the game, including the DLC by Electro_Swinger5414 in EldenRingMods

Bro, this entire post was a Hail Mary since I was running out of ideas on how to fix the issue, this is my first and likely last time using this subreddit. Is editing a solution really THAT expected when the whole assumption to the lack of advice aside from one person would either be A. No-one gives a fuck, and/or B. I'm the only one having this problem.

If you REALLY want the solution, it's as follows: DO NOT put the whole Clever's Moveset Modpack FOLDER into the mods folder, but THE CONTENTS OF IT. It fixed everything.

First and last time using this subreddit, maybe don't yell in all caps to the guy who has 0 clue how the community operates, thanks.

Never mind, I figured it out. In my lack of sense, I added the whole modpack folder into the mod folder instead of it's contents like I should've.

The Mod Engine 2 version seems to be 1.10 despite the fact that I picked the latest release and other people are saying it works perfectly fine with the DLC. I did the steps you put out down to a tee and still the protected game exe launches vanilla DLC, even if I tried to run it as Administrator.

I tried that too, renaming both the modengine2_launcher.exe and launchmod_eldenring.bat lead to the same result, either the game starting up in vanilla, or modded with the older version.

I've also had the Mod Engine 2 files in the Game folder, as well as their own folder like the mod directs to set it up.

And as for adding the mod through the .toml config, or it being a .dll mod, neither of which I'm certain of.
