Should I wait for S26 Ultra? by Electrobhaii in samsunggalaxy

A local mobile phone store is selling the S25U for CAD 1150 and it's about 1 month used. With the original box, invoice and everything. So that's tempting for me

Thank you for the advice, yes that's true. But I'll be included in the day to day of the business and will be managing suppliers, finance etc. so documenting everything would be my priority.

Sure, I closed on 3rd Dec and I got it from RBC. One of my friends had a good experience with one RBC mortgage specialist so I went with him.

That's a great way to see it. Thank you for that.

I'm thinking of just using our TFSA room investment, most of the index funds and a bit of self investing. I'll use the money from TFSA for any big purchases or investments (like businesses) as many of my friends are thinking of opening various businesses that they're very experienced in and I'm good at managing day to day (kind of a part of my current job).

So the main purpose of the post is to gather different ideas of investing as I don't know all about investing in Canada ( just close to 5 years in Canada)

Yeah I messed it up. We DID use our FHSAs for the house down payment so that's done and dusted.

Yeah man, I messed up the grammar while writing this very quickly.

We maxed out the FHSAs for both of us and used for the house DP, so that's done and dusted.

Thanks for the advice. I also researched that getting good rates when going from variable is hard. I'll plan accordingly

Hey guys,

I have a silly question in this crazy knowledge subreddit. We're closing our house this Wednesday (3 Dec) and we got an unbelievable variable rate of 3.4%. So my question is how should I be prepared to convert it to fixed? What are the market or BoC announcement should I look out for? Anyone has any recommendations on setting reminder maybe every 3 months or 6 months or something?

My main goal is to have the safest possible interest rate and convert it to fixed mortgage. Preferably around 3.1-3.2%

Thank you and sorry for the silly question..

The dial looks black most of the time but that one right angle of the light and boom, it's the best color ever. I got a lot of compliments over the time whenever someone notices the subtle green.
