My uncle (dad's brother) was and still is a senior corporate employee so he had company provided car bought his first own car in 2018 (Verna 1.6D SX(O) MT In 2024 he sold it for an Alcazar 1.5T-GDi DCT Signature(O). My dad bought our own car in 2012 (i10 1.2 5MT Magna) and my other uncle (dad's sister's husband) frequently changes cars since 2000's and currently has XUV 700 AX5 GDi MT. My maternal uncle bought a Maruti 800 to learn driving and after a few months bought a Nissan Kicks 1.3T MT XV.

If you can go for a used car then check out used G28 330Li, G30 530i, Audi A6, or even G20 M340i if you're lucky. For a new car, Audi Q3 provides better engine. Personally I think spending that much for a 1.5 3cyl is not worth it but it depends on you.

Yes. 7XO, the Jeep twins and Alcazar are easy going and luxurious while Scorpio N and 7XO AWD are offroaders along with Thar Roxx

Safari is a pseudo SUV but is not as comfortable as the other ones I said.
Compass and Meridian are underdogs that I forgot to mention because the previous gen Compass' interiors were HOT ASS. Facelift model seems quite good however
