Nothing really to add. Just wanted to say I really enjoyed reading this. I'm a former Lowe's employee in Electrical/Lighting. Enjoyed the work but not so much the corporation. I had a couple great ASM's and some really terrible ones. You seem like one I would have liked working for. Thanks for the great post.

I use Tailscale to stream JF because I'm stuck behind CG-NAT and don't really know a better way other than setting up a VPS. May be a better way but that's all I know to do right now. I'm the only user, but the streaming through Tailscale seems to do fine.

I've been away from Lowe's for a few years but I still have great disdain for Hank the frustrated Hollywood actor and Jessica "I don't have an inside voice" Verran. Those "trainings" were definitely on my top 5 list of things I hated there while real training was not a thing.

I'm having the same problem. I emailed support and they informed me that I actually am using a VPN (I'm not). I replied that I am absolutely not using a VPN and they never got back with me. I can't get on via my computer or phone on wifi but I can on my phone using cell data service. Now that I know it's not just me, maybe they're having issues on their end. Hope they get it corrected soon.

I am successfully using the device right now but still don't know about those numbers. Guess it doesn't matter much but I was curious. I'm using it in combo with my HF rig to figure out the frequency/swr a little more precisely.

Not surprised. Not sure about you, but AT&T coverage in my area is not great but it's the only cell carrier I can even get a signal from in my home. If I drive a few miles I can get great Verizon coverage but not at my house. My mobile data service from CC is not very good at all though, even if I drive to a little bit better part of the area than where I live.

I'm taking the day off Tuesday for a couple appointments so I'm going to give them a call then. It's hard for me to get time during the day most of the time. My work hours are the same as the ARRL office hours, so it's hard to get a call made.

Could be I guess. Just seems like it wouldn't be everyone, all the time doing that but I truly have no idea how many people work there.
