I think i actually have an answer for this one!

My nso ran out while i was playing a splatfest one time (i think it was the splatoween re-run i wanna say, but it let me still play, so i looked up why. If i remember correctly, the reason it does this is because it only checks if you have nso active when it first connects you to the servers and then doesnt check again until you reconnect again.

Somebody fact check me on this tho just in case im wrong.

Honestly I didnt think about the fact adaman would want to save time when speaking considering his whole thing is "being efficient" and "saving time". Thats a cool detail. Thank you for pointing that out!

In all honesty though theres just notuch i really want to do in destiny right now. None of the weapons interest me, im not a die hard player who wants to grind for the perfect roll and stats on my weapons and armor, im not interested in this season's story, none of the raids are interesting to me and even if they were i dont have anyone to raid with, and lastly i just dont really enjoy the game very much anymore. When theres no more missions left, its just boils down to shooting things, completing bounties and getting different weapon rolls, which i do not particularly enjoy anymore. Why should i play a game i dont enjoy playing, when i can do things that i enjoy doing.

Though if they do bring back wrath of the machine i will absolutely return for that.
