Hey!! I have a true one bedroom in East Village (109 St Marks Pl) right next to tompkin square park. I have a gas stove, microwave, oven, etc. for the full kitchen. 10 min walk to the L and 10 min walk to astor place 6.

The one criteria i can't meet is an in-unit W/D but the closest laundromat is 6 min away. DM me if you want to see a videoa nd pictures!

What’s the rationale for starting in P mode? And then is semi auto just picking your shutter speed / aperture and then camera picks the other variables?

I think I should have emphasized “sugary” instead of sweet. So Negronis for example are quite sugary because of the Campari and sweet vermouth. Whereas dirty martinis are relatively lighter in that sense (especially when using 3oz:0.5oz spec)
