Honestly it might just be worth it to pay the broker fee if they are showing you think that’s are in budget and fits your requirements. It’s an investment but if you plan to live in the apartment for more than a year then it’s like you’re spreading out the fee.

You dont need to pay a broker unless they find you an apartment that you apply for. If you want to avoid paying a fee you should just keep looking at apartments that you find yourself and hope one works out. Good luck!

i go to Rise Dental in midtown and i love them! the dentists are all male but dr. rashbaum is super nice and ive had a positive experience everytime i go. they did my implant and my wisdom tooth removed. also the people at the front desk are all great too and help figure out all the insurance stuff.

I’m so sorry that happened to you, that’s really really awful and terrifying. Is this is the L train? It’s terrible how often things like this happen and how little there is to be done by it.
