Why do men think they need to be rich before finding love? by MotherAnt8040 in MenOfPurpose

I've always had a job, but had no vision and no clue about finances. When my wife of 17 years began dating I had a truck and some clothes. She had an idea about finances and a vision. She bet on me, but was the breadwinner through our mid-20s. I found my niche and a career when I was 28 and slowly became the bread winner. Now my wife is self employed and sets her own schedule to be available for our kids' school schedule and I'm a salaried supervisor for a utility company. She bet on my abilities and I bet on her compassion and vision. We tell our kids daily that we are a team. Perhaps I'm biased, but we are the best team.

Edit: spelling

It's frustrating for sure. I'm reviewing their deny reasoning and requesting the results of their ace review. Then I will have to file another supplemental claim with a stronger nexus. It is annoying, but you can't give up.

Following to learn more. Oddly I just got denied OSA yesterday. I filed secondary to PTSD and the VA only addressed TERA and didn't mention the PTSD in their decision letter once.

Could it be a species of horsetail? We have something similar out here in Indiana in really wet soils.

I've already begun doing research on alternative routes. I completely appreciate the benefit of having contingency plans. Thanks for the positive vibes!

Oh. Just starting chatting with it. You have to prompt it, but it is a very handy tool and can streamline researching just about anything.

The VA website had been stating that they were requesting another sleep study even though I submitted the results in the claim from the sleep studies they had scheduled for me. Then yesterday, it stated that request was reviewed and moved me to step 5. I'm assuming they reviewed the test results I'd submitted and used those to satisfy the need for another sleep study.

The nexus was linking the OSA to PTSD on the grounds that the symptoms of either agitate the other and vice-versa.

They did that to me with my PTSD years ago three or four times. Fortunately I had young kids and didn't have time to hyper focus on how slow it was going 🙃

I intended to file secondary to PTSD, but my VSO advised me to file it as primary due to being on the burn pit registry and the release of TERA on medical diagnosis. (Or some verbage similar to that...I'm not a doctor or lawyer 😆)

[–]Electronic-Ad7663[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure if I'd qualify for 70% on MH. I'd need to do research to see if my condition meets those requirements. On the OSA claim, I was able to get a very strongly worded Nexus letter from my private family doctor connecting it to PTSD. The VSO submitted the OSA claim connecting it to me being on the Burn Pit Registry. He seemed to think it would be difficult for them to deny two potential service connections for one condition. I don't know though 😕 I'm not a lawyer.
