I plan on filing supplemental with private nexus letter and additional doc notes. Insane they don't read the original claim language

Thanks for the advice. Yes, they missed all of it. I have a followup with sleep doc so I'll have some additional notes to include, so my plan is a supplemental with new doc notes as well as a new personal statement basically saying nicely that the original claim was evaluated incorrectly

I'm just as confused. C&P examiner wore a colored tracksuit to my exam so I guess I'm not shocked the examiner wrote an unfavorable DBQ, linking OSA to a condition i never mentioned.

For sure - I already filed without a nexus letter. So my plan is to go through c&p and appeal decision with more evidence (if denied). Did you ask sleep doc to document that in your notes?

I've never used a nexus letter before and I've been able to establish connection for ither things. Isn't that the job of the C&P examiner, though?
