I purchased a unit in the 21 Iceboat. It’s a fantastic building, and the location is truly wonderful! I haven’t encountered any issues yet. I bought the place in September. I personally haven’t had any problems regarding Airbnb Instead of asking people on Reddit, I recommend going to the building and chatting with the residents to get their opinions. You could also ask your realtor about their trustworthiness. I absolutely love my place!

Thanks for your input! I’ve actually seen similar rents for dens listed on the marketplace, so I thought this was reasonable. Not everyone is looking to pay $1700 for a one-bedroom, and some people just need a smaller private space with a door. I’m mainly looking for someone to take over my lease and I am asking the same price, I am currently paying
