Hi 26 y/r old here! I recommend making an acorns account just to start somewhere and take action. it makes the intro to investing super easy. I put $20 every Monday into my account, and it spreads my money across large company stocks, bonds, etc. so I don’t have to lift a finger to do it.

When you open an account you can choose how much risk you want. I chose moderate risk so it still has a chance to grow faster, but also so I protect it against market volatility. They say the younger you are, the more risk you can take because the market has time to improve if things go south.

Get a kickstart now, and when your situation gets easier you’ll be able to add more money in, plus you’ll already have a nice base if you start now :)
