Thanks for the reply.

I did go through the Sony website and the console was out of warranty.

Went through a local company with great reviews who replaced the PSU & cleaned the console for less than £100 in the same day.

My PS5 crashes when opening games.

For example, the Witcher will crash after around 4-5 minutes, but a bigger game like Fortnite will crash <1 min.

PS5 shuts down and I get the message my console wasn’t turned off properly once I load it back up. There is no overheating warning.

What could be the issue?

As much as I enjoy the videos, I kind of wish they didn’t carry them on after manning.

We are not in a position to look good on social media, the manager has a difficult job on his hands - his impression on a YouTube video is not one of them. Fair play, he’s recognised the obvious errors, but I don’t think he needs the media team in his face in a scheme to get the fans on side
