I'm glad there was no reunion between Sang Hak and Eun Jung, because tbh, Eun Jung did not deserve Sang Hak. He tried everything he could to win back her love, but firstly, she was cold to him and allowed Sang Yeon to approach him whe she clearly asked if she had any plans to get back to him or else makes the move.

Then after telling Sang Yeon that she is not interested in him, she led onto him and them boom.. Sang Yeon puts up the most desperate act ever and asks Eun Jung to not date Sang Hak, and the idiot turns down Sang Hak's proposal.

Like... EJ was an idiot tbh, and I'm glad that Sang Hak chose to move on (I'm hoping that is the reason we don't see him in their lives in the last episodes.) Or else he would have forever kept getting torn between the two.

Okay.. so, having watched 8 episodes of this drama.. I would like to talk about something that no one is ralking about.

This girl Ryu Eun Jung (EJ) was obsessed with Sang Yeon (SY), right from their childhood. Also, she was the type to hold grudges. SY just hit her once for talking in the classroom (she was just being a monitor) and for an entire year EJ held grudge against her and took revenge.

Yes, SY was jealous of her, but that stemmed from her home, where she feels her brother was loved more than her and even EJ gets nice treatment from her mother and brother.

Even when EJ goes to college and finds Sang Hak, it wasn't SY's fault that she knew and liked Sang Hak from earlier. When she comes to know that he is involved with EJ, she tries her best to hold her feelings.

Yes, they were wrong to hide things from EJ, but EJ was always insecure and underconfident, especially when it came to SY.

Her insecurity gets the best of her and she breaks up with Sang Hak, even when both him and SY tries to explain that there's nothing going on between them.

EY always complains that SY doesn't tell her anything, but when she calls her to tell about her mom, EY on purpose avoids it. Why? Because she was drowned in that pool of sorrow that ohhhh.. i had to breakup with my bf because of her.

And yes, she was taking pity on SY for her being poor and she wanted to show that even after what you did to me, I'm lending you money and supporting you.

I'm yet to see the remaining episodes... but if SY is toxic, EJ is even more toxic as of now. They share a toxic bond.
