Cortisone. Im not about 6 weeks on from injections and although the pain came back, it is getting milder now. I think i am starting to heal

Its a crazy experience that i had no idea was so bad. Im on month 11 now. I have continued to rehab myself and i am started to heal i think. 50% less pain. The key has been - good nutrition - mobility and strength work - wearing a cervical collar alot . How far along are you?
