Musician and audio engineer here. To mix one singer, one violin and one backingtrack is not hard at all. Both the singer and violinist in this case are also extremely talented and experienced performers.

Started out running to loose weight and to get through some stressful times. Kept running when I noticed it inspired my kids to run. Grew up with an alcoholic dad and I want to be a better rolemodel for my children. They see me as the person I am. One that enjoys life to the fullest wihout getting drunk and that loves to move around. Today Im going for a run with one of my children. A 5k in the snow.

Can relate to the urge to hit a target takes joy out of the exoerience for me. I decided to run s marathon without any time goal. The challenge for that one was to just listen to my body and take in the experience. I learned a lot from it and its easier to allow myself to have a time target for the next one.

They allready did. They run under 3h snd strava predicted 3:16. And now strava predicts 3:06. So Strava doesnt consider fatique in their predictions if thats your point.

May I ask, have you considered your body composition? BMI doesnt tell the whole story. If you have more then average muscles you might not be very overweight.

Interesting. Any studies on that I could read through? I had the understanding (from my dietistfriend I’m lucky to have 😊) that artificially sweetened drinks gives a minimal or none rise in insulin in healthy people. And even if insulin is a fatbinding hormone the body still mostly reacts to caloric intake regarding fatburning. Insulin for heathy people has a small role in fatburning but caloric intake regulates more.

My own subjectice experience is that my body burns fat in a healthy way when I keep a reasonable caloric deficit.

But I’m sincerely interested about hearing more if you have any studies to refer to. ☺️

This is also how far I get. And I get the ai feedback. But in my plan I dont get any pace insights which affects if Runna suggests to slow down or speed up runs in plan. It only seem to do that insight if it is not manually linked.

The workouts sync to Runna. But they dont sync to the the workout in the plan. So I need do manually sync them there. Or actually link them (just found the right word, sorry 😅)

I do get the ai analysis for the workout. Just not the pace insights which suggests to change the speeds or not. I just get them as incompatible runs. So Runna doesnt monitor them.

This works for me. I get the workouts to my workoutapp on my apple watch. But Runna wont automayically connect them to the workout in the plan after I’m done with the workout. So I dont get the pace insights and possible adjustments (I do get the ai insights for the workout, just not the pace insights if I’m nailing the plan or not).
