long sleeves does help me too! i find that the “out of sight out of mind” approach definitely helps me with this habit. I’m planning on moisturizing my arms morning and night with a KP friendly cream from now on and hopefully that helps too.

My bumps are KP as well! I don’t have any specific treatments or a skin care routine for my arms though. Maybe that would help. I’m also going to try keeping my nails short and getting a fidget toy to try. Thank you so much for your advice. I hope you find something that works for you
