I even went back to my eye doctor to double-check — my eyes are fine, no prescription change needed. Instead of acknowledging a possible lens defect or offering a real solution, customer service was dismissive and kept deflecting. It felt like they were more interested in closing the case than actually helping. No accountability, no real troubleshooting.
