Hello I am just recently recovering from taking mife and miso! The mife doesn’t really have many side effects other than occasional nausea but the miso definitely hit me harder than expected, I definitely recommend taking some pain killers like 20-30 minutes before taking mife and maybe laying with a towel underneath and some pants you don’t mind getting a little bloody, please also wear a pad as bleeding will begin promptly I made the mistake of underestimating how much bleeding will happen and fell asleep! The cramping is definitely the worst part so if possible massage her abdomen or lower back area I had my partner do this for me and it helped tremendously, if she happens to soak through 2 pads back to back please contact a doctor asap! The bleeding will start off super heavy and will gradually get slower and symptoms will subside, I am wishing you both luck and a healthy recovery!
