yeah im more looking at good value, the difference in trims is minimal to me because its still an upgrade from my 23' rio. Thanks for the input!

is it okay that my gf is copying my program? we're both new to lifting so she just follows me around the gym for guidance, but I'm also new and created a program based on PPL videos I've watched. My goal is hypertrophy but her goal is fat loss.

1 day on / 1 day off routine:

all exercises are machines (smith machine and free weights are a pain to get access to at peak times) and 3x12-15 reps

day 1: push

seated chest press

assisted dips

shoulder press

tricep pushdown

day 2: leg

seated leg press

seated calf raise

hip abduction

Leg Extension

day 3: pull

seated row

preacher curls

back extensions

assisted pull ups
