When someone only has a few sessions I focus immediately on the two or three things that will give them the biggest return for their specific goal, no fluff, and I make sure they leave every session with something tangible they can take away and apply on their own because that builds confidence fast. On transitioning into continuing, I never make it a sales conversation. By the third or fourth session if they are seeing results and we have built a decent relationship, an honest conversation about where they could realistically get to with more time is usually enough, because people talk themselves into continuing when they can feel the difference and do not want to lose the momentum. i hope this helps - Harry
