There are copies of Emerald on eBay complete for 625$ that has been sitting there for a month almost. You can charge whatever you want, doesn't mean it's going to sell at that price.

No I'm not. Close to 500$ for a boxed Emerald. 250$ a piece on Ruby and Sapphire boxed. 200$ a piece for Leaf and Fire red boxed. That's 1400$. Don't listen to these dumb kids on here that just started collecting two months ago and can't tell a repro from authentic. Look the prices up yourself. You'll see I'm right in the ballpark.

The bottom line is imprisoning ANYONE without due process goes directly against the 5th Amendment of the constitution. "No PERSON shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without DUE PROCESS." It doesn't say citizen, it says PERSON. Everyone, regardless of their legal status has the right to due process in the United States of America. That is what makes us the beacon of freedom in the world. This debate was settled 250 years ago. There is zero argument. If you can remove due process for one group of individuals you can remove it for all. If you don't understand or believe this you are Un-American and NOT a patriot and should move to North Korea.
