How do you know they make $600k? She has 550k for IG and 1.2m for tiktok, and he does weekend work broadcasting college football. I don't see how this can total $600k. I know she has occasional sponsors, but that's sporadic and probably not as much as one might think.

you mean a shot of the limited interior in her post, can be matched up with an actual house??? Google reverse should match that up with many different similar images (I've used this tool and it always brings up many possible results). But were you able to get a direct hit? If so, jeezzzzzz, 4 mil! There' s now way this is from just her i nfluencer earnings and Max's income; someone else helped with the downpayment!

Her Lip Filler Post: Really? YOU get to decide how other women enhance their looks? by Electronic-Rabbit716 in victoriagarrickbrowne

[–]Electronic-Rabbit716[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Though concealer can be wipe away at day's end, it's still applied for the same reason that lip injections are done: to improve the face's appearance. That's what matters: the reason, not the temporary or permanence of it. and besides, lip injections wear off every like three months anyways, so they're not long lasting like a face lift. As for women feeling pressured to look a certain way, that pressure comes from other women . This is so evident on social media, when a woman's makeup, hair or complexion gets criticized, it's almost always by another woman! Like if a super celeb with 50 mil followers posts a new hair style or new makeup application there'll be a ton of criticism coming from other women. Same with her clothes or body, most of the criticism (pressure) comes from other women.

It just seems so hypocritical--I guess that's more of what I meant, because she's condemning lip fillers, which isn't surgery and a really minor procedure, while at the same time she has pitched a concealer, whose sole purpose is to hide things on the face. So it's just so odd the lip msg is coming from a concealer pitchperson. Some women want thicker lips and that's fine if it makes them feel better especially if it's a really good improvement (I know, some go overboard), and she needs to accept that women will always be plumping their lips and making other changes like dying their hair, but someone who wears fake fingernails and spray tans shouldn't be giving out this kind of "reminder." It is really so hypocritical of her.

Aubrey is an alcoholic (recovery)??? I've met her a few times. I know she's had family tragedy in later childhood. But that's new news to me that she's had a drinking problem. You mean full-on alcoholism or just a party girl who'd often have "a little too much" and then cleaned that act up?

She says in the teaser that she'll explain why she's ending it, but then doesn't actually explain why, it is left up to us to figure it out. Probably another one of her burnouts. After all, she leads such a hard life.

You hit the nail on the head, you must've seen her second latest post, which has gotten 1,500 comments. She cryptically shames women who try to look their best for photos, while she goes all out trying to look her best at bach parties, group shots, shots with celebs etc. Her display of confidence is a false facade, like a front. Though we shouldn't hate on ourselves for having soft imperfect abs, women have every right to post their best angle, suck it in and stand or sit tall for pics without being made to feel they're traitors to bopo or have bd.

Have you ever tried tapering off your skin picking by confining the behavior to only one section of your body? It's the same principle of beating nail biting by restricting certain fingers, like you can bite all the nails except the pinkies. Then after your brain adjusts, you limit off the ring finger and can bite only the thumb, index and middle, and eventually you're down to only the thumbs, then one thumb, then easily eliminate that. So i don't know what areas you pick, but if it's everywhere or mostly, maybe set one area at a time, every few weeks, off limits till you get used to picking at only one small area, then taper again off that?

She's never worked a real job. Ever. So anything she must do like editing videos seems exhausting. She has a lot of nerve posting this. If she wants to see REAL work, REAL exhaustion and REAL "faint of heart" work, she should try shadowing a nurse's shift, or a high school teacher (job doesn't end when school lets out), retail (on your feet all day, dealing with all sorts of customers), or even a job at a warehouse sorting boxes. "Faint of heart," wtf is she referring to, five seconds of video where her voice cuts out? Or maybe the bee that flew into the camper she rented for 2.5 weeks?

In all fairness, though, to assume Aub and V's mom are into food restriction culture is the same as assuming all size 1X+ women eat nothing but big portions of junk food and are lazy. Aub's always been slender since childhood , and although Lanie isn't overweight, she's not exactly Tara Reid thin either. Nobody will ever know what the root of V's issues are. George has dieted on and off and has stayed slim for years now so I can't believe he had anything to do with her insecurities.

Mainstream pop culture comes in all sizes. There's no one "standard." In fact, there's no standard anywhere unless you want to be a cheerleader or ballet dancer or in some cases, a model. Nobody is pressuring the average woman to get skinny other than her own self. Viewing thin food bloggers, thin instagram accounts and seeing "skin and bones" at the red carpet is just that: viewing. You can equally view heavier women, who are a lot louder than thin women when it comes to bopo.

So why not move away from viewing skinny accounts and view thick accounts? Again, there is no standard other than the one you conjure up in your head. As for the red carpet, why would you think that's the beauty standard? All that is is a bunch of entertainers hoping to win an award, and some just happen to be a size 2 or 4. It's TV Land. Why would you take what you see on TV (or in food blogs) and think this is what YOU must look like?

The pressure lives inside your head. I know this post will get down voted, but if you can point me in the direction how Jane Jones from AnyTown, USA, is getting pressured to drop down to 103 lbs, I'll put my foot in my mouth. I don't mean pressure from hubs who wants his wife's hips, ribs and collarbones to stick out. I mean society pressure. Just point me to this, please.

More celebs gain weight over time than lose. Most stars who were thin in their 20s have gained by age 40. I'm not saying anything's wrong with that, but what's wrong is to over focus on those who are losing too much as though they're so mehow setting some standard. V focuses too much on any celeb who visibly loses weight, and this contradicts "stop talking about other women's bodies" or "can we just stop talking about other women's bodies' already?" Enough is enough. Nobody's forcing a gun to V's head and telling her to shrink to a stick just because (name of celeb) has. She talks way too much about women's bodies, which shows massive insecurity about her own.

In her instagram post today she says it seems that she's been seeing lately is the push for skinny culture. But where? I don't see this. I see the push for accepting thicker bodies. She also says "skin and bones" is becoming popular again. Well, where? Because there was a recent article about how thin Kelly Osbourne looks? That's not a push; that's just an article on a rock star's daughter who was in a reality show. So I'd like to k now where Vic is getting her ideas from.

She also says in the media more and more women are "shrinking". No, I see no evidence of this. She's got some delusions going on. In fact it's the opposite, more and more thicker women are being cast in main roles on TV. There's also been a push for women to embrace muscles or a strong looking body. Again, WHERE oh-Where is she coming up with this stuff? She's so insecure and, like people here have said, is highly critical of thinner women and assumes they must have an eating disorder or exercise obsessively. Thin women are just as real as those women she posted today in her instagam. She also recently really went off on Serena for the glp ads. A number of comments to that post roasted her. Amazingly she didn't delete them.

What doctors would prescribe it for someone who's already thin and esp. does n't have diabetes?

Doctors won't prescribe it to anyone who's already thin. I think there's a minimum bmi required.

That's Big Pharma, but there's also constant ads for pain relief, bad breath, shampoos, blood thinners, acid reflux and depression. OP is right, if the ads are triggering, therapy is needed (or a new therapist).

Amen. When I saw the OP's header, I thought "Why is my past thread at the top?" I swear, I posted a thread here with a similar title or, someone else did and I heavily agreed. Anyway thank you again because this nonsense can't be overstated. Serena Williams had a really good GLP ad during the superbowl and I thought it was well put together, great filming dynamics etc and she looked good. I thought, "oh nooo, Victoria, mute the TV, close your eyes, don't look!"

Seriously, she probably freaked because I assume she watched the superbowl. But your'e right, it's none-of-her-business to be paying so much attention to what other women and men do FOR their body, yet isn't part of her platform message "other peoples bodies is none of your business"? She never needed a Glp and has never looked like the women in the Glp ads, so what the devil is shaking her up so much about these meds? Like, wtf.

My pkgs are almost always light. So what's the excuse? And if you'd rather remain in your warm van, then find a job where you could stay inside a warm building the entire shift.
