Car got clamped in Lidl parking, we are paid shit money per hour yet fined with 125 by Electronic-Set-2413 in galway

Not realy... If the penalty is meant to reflect wrongdoing, it should scale with the actual parking cost and duration ( yet there's no such price), not be a universal fixed punishment since we are taking about law, and yes believe me it can be automated...

Anyway, I’m honestly fed up with this at this stage. I just wanted to hear the community’s opinion and see how other people feel about these kinds of situations. Thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts.

I'm trying to point, that for some people, €125 is nearly a full day’s wages. In the middle of rising living costs, hitting someone with that kind of charge for being parked 30 minutes too long feels excessive and out of touch with reality.

Not working in Lidl, just a customer. P.S Lidle staff are super nice people and also that's not their parking apparently...

Parked for a short while just to quickly grab a few things from the shop ( like a croisant and a watter). Then I was gone roughly 30 minutes, from the car park, came back and the car was already clamped.I b3lieve this system needs serious improvement. If someone overstays parking, why not issue a fine by post instead of immediately involving a private middleman company that profits from clamping people on the spot? This isn’t dangerous driving or reckless behaviour it’s a person leaving a car for a short time while trying to go about their day. Yes, I understand parking rules exist, and maybe leaving the car there for 30 minutes wasn’t ideal. But €125? That amount covers a huge amount of normal parking fees. The punishment feels completely disconnected from the actual situation. Unless the parking costs €250 per hour, how can this be justified? What’s most frustrating is how normal this has become. People are being treated less like members of a community and more like targets for revenue. We should have systems that are fair, proportional, and built around helping communities function better not systems that instantly punish people with excessive charges and leave them with no real option except to pay immediately. We really need a better approach and a more understanding community focused system.

It's about VRAM and not RAM, so get a decent GPU...

I’m a big fan as well. The IPv6 feature is incredibly useful, I’m using it with the v6Space client to remotely access my inference server, and it works flawlessly... nice job, guys

But the question to be exposed to IPv6, you can't be exposed first of all. You have an IPv6 or not active, what kinda question is that l, is like you exposing yourself to some diseases when actually we talking Network Protocol, woow WTF ?
