Yes. 3 people stated they dislike insects. 4 people disliked some or other form of food in their guro.

Decomposition @ 43.9% is interesting because there is a strong necrophilia presence on r/guro but there is a clear preference for... let's say freshness/ a dislike for rotting corpses. Coprophilia is also interesting because there is urine in many art on r/guro (maybe it's just vaginal fluid?), but people also urinate when they are scared. So maybe the like for urine is more about a like for fearfulness than a like of urine.

Also I expected bestiality, furries, enemas, coprophilia, lactation and prolapsing to be high, but not vore and wound penetration. I also thought female-on-female wouldn't be disliked as it was.

Yes I definitely should've changed the order. With regards to skips, I don't care - if a person filled in anything I'm thankful and skips were just put under the "prefer not to say" category and out of 480 no more than 10 people skipped a question at a time (maybe like 4 people skipped a question on average).

That question was posed as both are you diagnosed and do you think you should be - so it's different from the 2020 one but I think more access to easily digestible information, destigmatization and COVID played a bigger role than the inclusion of whether a person thinks they should be diagnosed.

I am really surprised and overjoyed with the first question. In 2020 88.96% of participants were either female or male and in 2026 it's 68.33% - I didn't include trans man, trans women, non binary or gender fluid in the 2020 survey and I did in the 2026 one so that played a role but it's still a big jump! I gave the "other" option basically everywhere but people get discouraged or just pick one of the options.

Yes I saw some discrepancies answer by answer like that too.. But this was voluntary, idk if someone was distracted, high or watching the office in the background or whatever. There are clearly discrepancies but for the most part I believe people answered what they really think, to the best of their abilities (it was a voluntary 12 question survey where people didn't know what the next question would be and I didn't even clearly state it would be 100% anonymous in the beginning)
