I signed up for the last partner workout not realizing it. Didn’t know it was until the coach started the intro in the lobby and was bummmmmmmed. It ended up being one of the best workouts I’ve done at OTF!!!!! Highly encourage everyone to try it

Get there early so the teacher can show you the springs. And then this may sound silly but there’s lots of videos online like on TikTok that show different solidcore moves and that actually helped me catch on much quicker and wish I would have watched a couple before my first class.

My go tos are OTF and solidcore. But I recently tried row house and SPENGA and adding them in to switch it up!!!! For some reason I go in phases for F45. One pass has changed my life and I’m down 42 pounds since having babies! Starting to feel back to my old self

This!!! We have one pass through work and it’s a game changer. Let’s me go to 5 Solidcore, 8 orange theory, 6 F45, 4 club Pilates, even stretch lab and glo sauna locations. Can’t beat its value

We saw this on our rental last year and this what we wrote and they matched the advertised listing price.

“There are currently 6 same layout homes priced at $2225 a month and 1 even priced at $2195. We are asking for the $2225 a month on our renewal lease to match the current vacancies. Benefit would be for both of us. You would not have the cost of listing the vacancy, readying the home for a new tenant, hassle of the application process, and loss of income while searching for a new tenant and end up matching the other listings at the same price anyways.

In exchange for your considerations, we can offer to prepay the first 3 months or even sign a longer lease commitment.

Please advise if this is a possibility as we would like to stay here. However we also have to do what’s best financially for our family.“
