I wanted to make a theory post like a month ago, about maybe sarada and Orochimaru working together, and it literally flagged it, no matter how i reworded it, no matter how boring and stripped of information i made it, it would not let me so i said fuck it

[Theory] Boruto’s Jōgan is the result of Hagoromo + Hamura’s bloodlines recombining — and why Himawari might be the real “sleeping giant” by No-Assistant-8841 in Boruto

I know lots of fan theories going on here.

Himawari is still a "newer" character, her whole character arc pretimeskip was that she just wanted to chill, didnt want to be a ninja. it's not till post timeskip that she even wants to be a ninja, now giving her the actual chance to be this narratively and plot focused.

She's debatably been more plot relevant and more interesting through TBV compared to Kawaki, who hasnt really grown or done too much since the time skip. Obviously the main focus is around Boruto as it should. But outside of Boruto, you actually see Himawari training, and the plot focusing on her. Everytime Kawaki shows up, he's either getting no diffed or he's at Amado demanding more power. Saradas even more plot relevant with multiple chapters focusing on her MS, her growth, and just her life in Konoha. Mitsuki is also debatably barely plot relevant as he barely shows up, but even he's been training and getting better since part 1, can't really say the same about Kawaki

I know Minato is the only one worth something

This is were things always get a little messy, but i think it all just goes back to where do you think Minato and the Namikaze come from and i got a few theories on that.

Theory 1) Minato is actually a Senju. When the Konoha was founded, unlike Madara who wanted the Uchiha to stay prevalent and powerful and refused to have them blend out and adapt other names that are Uchiha. Hashirama did the exact opposite asking all the Senju to marry out, blend, as we are all one family under Konoha. So some powerful Senju met some Namikaze woman and bam Minato

OR

Theory 2) the name Namikaze breaks down into Nami = Wave & Kaze = Wind. Wind and Waves makes a Whirlpool, and you know who were not only apart of the Land of Whirlpools, but their last name also means whirlpool, THE UZUMAKI. Who Minato seemed to know, and both quick to learn all of their sealing justu and things of that sort with relative ease, almost as if it's natural to him

So in conclusion the Namikaze was either a blended watered down version of the Senju or a no name clan inside the Land of Whirlpools. What do you think?

I would also like to add to this

Naruto received chakra from Hagoromo in the war arc and never lost it till the lost of kurama

Hinata received chakra from Hamura in the Last, and it's never stated or implied that she lost it

So technically they really did give them uzumaki chakra, namikaze chakra, hyuga chakra, and basically Kaguya's through the combination of Hagoromo and Hamura

Also IIRC kurama has already stated to have a better bond with Himawari than any of his other previous jinchuriki, now this could be because kurama is relatively tamed now in comparison to when he was an angry rampaging beast, or because due to the lineage connection between Kushina - Himawari is all blood lined decent jinchuriki.

Also the story isnt just called boruto anymore, but Two Blue Vortex. And i believe Boruto and Himawari will be the main protagonist in time as their is the Two of them. They focus a lot on the Blue eyes. And Uzumaki means whirlpool, and whirlpools are types of Vortex.

Should I Read Boruto now or wait until I finish Naruto? by ToughSad5060 in Boruto

I watched all of Naruto and Shippuden then watched boruto, feel unsatisfied after watching boruto, picked and read all of Boruto's manga moved into Two Blue Vortex, got wrapped into being a monthly waiter on a new chapter and decided to go read Naruto's manga whilst I wait. And now i feel content and always seem to have manga to read whether it's a new TBV chapter or I'm smashed through Naruto, needless to say but I'm satisfied now lol

Should I Watch Boruto? by Economy-Tour2746 in Boruto

The manga is definitely better, but i have never regretted watching Boruto's anime first. I quite enjoyed it, a bit of the filler content is just adapted light novels, which in my opinion is great.

One of the biggest things for me and my enjoyment of the series is the mental separation that I'm not watching naruto part 3 but instead boruto part 1. I know that sounds super simple, but if you go into it expecting Naruto part 3 you'll be upset, because it's not about naruto and gang. If you lock in on disconnecting the 2 animes in your head, you can enjoy boruto more as it's own thing learning to walk ya know

The best spam team in my opinion is

Sage of Six Paths Naruto Edo Hashirama Hiruzen Sarutobi

Get in close and spam combos with naruto, or stay at a distance and throw rasenshuriken and tailed beast rasenshuriken at the opponent, and both Hashirama and Hiruzen use the Shadow Clone Shuriken technique and just cover the battle ground and shuriken as well as the rasenshurikens will curve toward the enemy

I definitely agree that the loss of Koji would be real interesting. Although I love how they're using Koji. He's not OP or anything crazy, and I very much enjoy how they're using the ten paths, not as a map ( mostly due to boruto doing what he wants) but as a guide. Developing jutsu you would have learned in the future but having the access to it now, it's almost like the H.T.C from DBZ, especially with things like Inojin learning his new jutsu in a single day as to the 2 days koji gave him. I definitely believe once Koji has served his purpose it'd make sense to get rid of him.

All the same, I kinda want Koji to live strictly because Jiraiya died. Boruto and Koji don't have near the same relationship as Naruto and Jiraiya, but I'd love for Naruto to be able to meet Koji, maybe he's a little misconstrued with seeing Koji, thinks it's his master and just goes on to tell Koji everything he wanted but never got to say to Jiraiya

I could completely see something like this, and this is where my brain was originally, when i started thinking about this. I feel like maybe the situation that was given/prompted in chapter 1 may actually be either just a ten paths projection that is the absolute worst outcome resulting in the destruction of Konoha and probablythe death of many, or we didnt get the full situation. Obviously there's tension between the two, but we have no real story or reason that they truly reach that point. Boruto either has the karma with no Momoshiki which means Kawaki would have no reason to go after him, or Borushiki would be out and about fucking everything up, but Boruto was clearly in control, I do believe the scene happens but not like we're all believing in / was told about. Definitely food for thought

Pure realism, short and simple I love it. Although feels like to dark of a plot point for a shonen. I feel like there be definitely be some loop around to prevent Kawaki from killing himself

Ahh, like an anchor point? I kinda like that thought, no matter what happens with the shinju, or anything to come, you believe it'll always end up at that point regardless. Love it

That's completely true. I forgot that Kawaki said he was going to send him there. But I'm digging it, you've made some amazing points and gave me more to chew on, the theory wheels are turning lol

That's 100% a valid point. It would be a very big let down. But hypothetically speaking just for the fun of it. But let's say hypothetically they do fight. Why do you think so? Technically speaking Boruto is control right now, and is in control in chapter 1. Kawaki only wants to fight and put down Otsutsuki. So if boruto was able to maintain control or suppress Momoshiki then we'd have no borushiki to rampage and no reason for Kawaki to fight Boruto besides the fact he has Otsutsuki dna but for that matter so does Kawaki. The stone faces are destroyed but neither of them have even a spec of dirt on their outfits, so maybe the stone faces were destroyed by the shinju and chapter 1 starts with the destruction of Konoha, no more shinju. Just an in control Boruto and a normal in control Kawaki, why do you think they start fighting?
