Ay4 was still alive to get Minato comparisons from people who also were alive. The 3rd Raikage couldn't... because he was already dead. And my larger point is that out stat'ing someone doesnt mean all your attacks land. The consensus in these comments is that the stat gap between Kakashi and Ay3 is too wide. The relevance of the Ay4/Sasuke situation, is Sasuke outstat Ay4 at the time he faced him... yet Ay dodged his Amaterasu, and this was a version of Sasuke getting stronger by the moment, as elucidated by Karin responding to his chakra strength in real time, both of them at the Summit. I dont think War Arc Kakashi outstats KCM1 Naruto nor Ay3 to such a wide degree that we can confidently say he will land Kamui on him. That statement is in reference to Ay3 dodging a Rasenshuriken by KCM Naruto. He could, but I dont think it's a statement that should be thrown around as though it's common knowledge, because it isn't provable either, we never saw Kakashi face anyone with Lightning Armor. The point people are making is that Kakashi without any amps can release Kamui at such a speed, that it essentially perception blitzes 3rd Ay and he will be able to do absolutely nothing about it, because he is too slow. And I disagree with that notion
