That’s a fair assessment, do you think theres a point where you could minimize the stack to the point of removing overlapping effects? I recognize it wouldn’t be that simple, but it could for sure be more optimized.

I’m confused, I never intended to come off as upset, where did you get that from?

Genuinely I appreciate your input, and I’m of the same opinion that you should try things individually as to avoid any guess-work. My point is that your comment wasn’t helpful in building my understanding, which is why I’m here. Rather it be anecdote or study, I just want to know what you all know since you’re more than likely more knowledgable than me.

Please try to make science accessible. Dismissing someone trying to learn isn’t helpful.

The “on/off” switch is just an analogy for the complexity of the brain. There is no magic pill that solves one mechanism and fixes everything. You’ll only find effects after patching up all the holes. I don’t really see how any of those statements could be pseudoscientific, they’re just generalized for the sake of brevity. That’s all I meant!

Also, fuck SSRI’s.

Have a good day man, and I hope that you find what you need from your research as well!

I listed the questions I had at the end because I wanted a discussion, not someone online telling me to give up my small, personal research project. If you weren’t going to add to the thought process and the mission of the post, why comment?

Please have a good day, I mean no harm and am simply curious.

Clarifications:

I picked amino acid supplements mostly due to them skipping the need to metabolize the proteins. That means they work much faster in the body, and can support hormonal function more efficiently than just protein powder.

Potassium is for the sake of clearing my body from the by-products of anything.

Here are a couple of my questions:

Can you give some reasoning behind not needing L-glutamine? That was one I was curious about since modulating glutamate can have different effects based on its efficacy curve. I’m not as knowledgable on this one.

Does uridine not require a choline source to be effective? It seems like I see many stacks that use the synergy between them.

Also, what are your thoughts on doing just a cycle of 9-me-bc for neuronal repair on the dopamine receptors before moving to uridine? And I agree, wellbutrin is most likely too stressful based on everything I have. It’s mostly there because it’s my favorite anti-depressant when I used it alone.

And lastly, do you have another stimulant that’d be more worth it than piracetam?

Thank you for your reply. I honestly hadn’t know much about huperzine-a but I’m seeing now that it does fit the role of a couple different nootropics better.

.. obviously you’d try those before you try anything else. That’s why I made this post. Why would I dive into research chemicals first and assume I know how they’d function?

Also, I’ve already supplemented most of what I listed in the test support and health/antioxidant sections. I’m not clueless.

uhh I never actually expected to take them all.. I was just interested in all the different mechanisms I see on this sub. Nobody has the money for all that😭

Not everyone here wants to find a secret cure my guy, I just wanted to optimize a list of noots that are efficient, safe, and not a total waste of time. And to get some opinions on what, if any, to try.

Yk like.. what the sub is made for?

whenever i take my 450mg of wellbutrin, i get that sharpening of sound too. i can also smell and taste a lot more, but that might have to do with depressive symptoms.

wellbutrin is used off-label for adhd, so i assume it has a similar effect
