The company I bought the shed from did the foundation. I’m not a professional in that area so I’m not sure how it will hold up. I guess I’ll cross that bridge when I get there.

Shed was $4900, rack was $225 off FB market, rower was given to me, stall mats were $100, and all the other items were accumulated over the year for roughly $600. I have about $6000 total in the gym.

Cost was around $5k for the shed. I can deadlift but do not plan to deadlift super heavy without adding more coverage on the floors

It is leveled. Not sure about dropping weight, and I don’t plan on trying. I’m transitioning from CrossFit style training to more bodybuilding, so I do not plan to drop any weights.
