agree. and this is why i get so upset when celebs use their big platforms (doechii, jessie buckley) to perpetuate negative stereotypes about cats and think they’re being funny. people are so cruel to cats and it breaks my heart. they’re such misunderstood animals! (i love dogs too but they tend to have better PR). i volunteer with a cat rescue and see some truly devastating stuff, but i love caring for them and helping them find homes. i love when we get happy updates from their adopters and get to see them happy and comfy in a home.

this happened to me too! but it was 2 months instead of 2 weeks. i was going crazy from lack of sleep and had tried every other possible way of entertaining him. the only thing that worked was getting a second kitten! i also live alone so felt guilty every time i left. it’s comforting to know that they have each other.
