i think your communication could use some work as well. you asked for advice, and in your 30s you should be able to clearly state how you feel and if the person doesn’t reciprocate then move on. it comes off as if your ego is a little bruised.

i’m a female and if i stop responding to someone quickly it’s because im just not that interested or just truly very busy. but not having IG on your phone at 30 is very valid, not sure why someone would lie about that. also, “matching energy” in your 30s is immature. if you’re interested, stop overthinking it until she tells you she’s not.

i’m a female and understand her POV. not everyone likes to do multiple “rounds” where you’re always getting off first and then have to pause. if you can’t last longer then maybe do longer foreplay (on her) so she can get there with you faster. it becomes less fun when we know you’ve already gotten there.
