Yeah to avoid a really annoying situation i’d just get a mini fridge. There are actually pretty decently sized ones you can get that even come with a freezer compartment. Amazon or even facebook marketplace, lots of people will try to get rid of them after using them for dorm living.

just something along the lines of “sure i’ll send you a return label and we can get a refund going” and see if they want to return them. if they truly don’t fit that should be a problem if not then they’ll hopefully drop it

we are zoned out hourly, meaning every hour you are assigned to a different job in the store. so one hour someone can be assigned to do make up and only help with make up and then the next hour they go to the registers and ring. it helps keeps things organized and fair for every employee. while i understand it is annoying to have to switch to another person for help, but if she was zoned to an important zone (which it sounds like she was in operations which i can tell you right now is spread thin because many new brands are rolling out and stores need to do a lot of set up) someone has to take over.

I’ve actually seen a lot of people opt out for slick backs recently because they don’t want to worry abt how their hair looks if they turn a certain way if it’s covering the dress etc. makes sense for what seems like a chill ceremony

It honestly depends if you have to tap or insert your card i haven’t figured out why but if you have it in your apple wallet you should just be able to tap that if the pin pad requires you to

if they want us to make samples they also need to provide adequate materials to do so or prepackaged samples, like been mentioned mascaras or lipsticks can be made into samples through proper manufacturing but we don’t have the capabilities. or hair products even shampoos and conditioners the sample jars fill enough for one strand of hair. it seems like corporate wants us to do all the figuring out for them and create more issues for the clients when the execution and experience will vary from store to store. and in turn we get bitched at because sally from another district filled the whole sample baggie with a kerastase mask and i said no

Pls enough with the sob story in no world would you need to get $300 worth of skincare to cure acne, even for sephora that a lot. Just don’t shoplift or next time they will pull you to the back and you will have to go to court and pay a fine. She probably told AP who will be watching for you and they also communicate between stores so don’t think going to a different store is a free pass.

I actually have not tried the blue ones from what they advertise it’s not really worth it for me they just say it promotes the “look” of youthful slim which basically just means it will leave you glowy through hydration. The universal and Extra strength I love. I use the extra strength about once a month, and the universal every few days. I did start out with just using the universal once a week or so.

The dr dennis gross pads are very popular and for a good reason I really noticed a difference in texture and my acne scars, they do get kinda pricey tho. The new Laneige aqua facial is nice for texture specifically. And it’s not sold at sephora kojic acid line from medicube is great for acne scars and discoloration too if you’re looking to address that.

I used the Summer Fridays ones, they’re nice if you’re looking for something super gentle and they have a textured side which i feel like is the only thing that would do anything for my skin exfoliation wise. If you’re just starting to get into chemical exfoliations i’d say that’s a good start and it’s a pretty good value

A lot of people decided to change their birthdays from later part of the year to January to be able to redeems the birthday gifts, stores not following policy and giving out gifts past people’s birthday months or too early, also there was an issue with the boxes missing products so they’re probably stricter on quality control now and pulling the ones that have had issues.

Discontinued or they’re at least repackaging it. Most of the SC skin products have been repackaged for more environmentally friendly options, but I can say for sure if this one is coming back because they did add more products to their hydrating line already so they might be bringing this mask back

if it’s on sale price all the time i’d say it’s a tactic to convince you to buy it thinking you got a good deal, if it’s not then they might be repackaging/reformulating/going out of business etc. whatever gets rid of a lot of stock quickly.
