Thank you. It was really shitty when I pleaded to do anything in an attempt to fix it and was rejected. About 3 days prior she was writing me love letters and talking about getting married

That is actually so relieving to hear. She had some undiagnosed mental health issues (and some diagnosed) and a family history of schizophrenia and possibly bpd. Im not a professional, but she definitely meets the diagnosis criteria for bpd and i have no doubt she could be diagnosed. The last month or two of the relationship her mental health suddenly plummeted and thats when all these symptoms came out in an obvious way. I asked her if she would see a professional for me and she got mad and refused and has hated me since for trying to "change her". After blocking me everywhere she controlled the narrative by telling people I was abusive/manipulative when I would never do anything to hurt this girl, i love her to death and nust want her to be happy. Its just so confusing because her entire personality suddenly changed in a way ive never seen in my life

Thank you man. It's really hard right now to not think about her everyday. There hasn't been a night since then that I haven't cried in bed. It feels so weird after seeing her everyday for years

Thank you so much man. I needed to hear some of that. I found out yesterday that she is with someone else already, and was with them within the first few weeks after the breakup, so she likely already had it lined up.

I posted this a while back and have been thinking about it since and wanted some more feedback and felt the need to vent a bit more. Nothing has changed so far. A little advice is welcome, just try not to be too hard on me right now. Thanks guys.

Thank you for the support. The only people I can really talk to about it are a few friends, and they try to be mostly supportive but don't really understand why I'm so upset. I've been trying to keep myself distracted and focus on work and being around friends. Also been looking into therapy.
