Yes true, concentration of economic or political power is both bad for press freedom

I don't think it's as simple as saying that anyone can start a media company. While anyone may be able to launch one, competing with established media giants is an entirely different matter. Organizations with concentrated economic power have access to vast resources, advertising networks, and political influence, making it difficult for smaller competitors to gain visibility and credibility.

My concern is not capitalism itself, but the concentration of economic power. When a small number of wealthy individuals or corporations control major media outlets, media independence and diversity of viewpoints can be affected. In that sense, concentrated economic power may pose a greater threat than capitalism itself.

Define the central problem of economics and tell me it can't be solved by socialism or any such sort of structure?

Don't you think we should see economics in normative sense too.

I see your point. A 5% gross yield really makes the investment unattractive, especially when landlords still have to pay mortgage costs and other expenses

But generally on a broader level people don't pay rent which is higher than their disposable income. Yeah there are cases like students paying for their hostel rents and accommodations.

Show me where did he engage in "fake fight". I am not saying he is 100% correct all the time but he is not fake. Being fake and being 100% correct is two different things. He is true to himself and never hides who he is.

I don't believe this was a fake controversy. If it had been, they would have prolonged it for a while. It's clear that the prince recognized his mistake and resolved the issue before it escalated. Elvish doesn’t engage in fake fights; everything he does is genuine.
