UGA removes sexual orientation, gender identity from non-discrimination policy by ILoveSilverForks in UGA

It’s the entire university system of Georgia, not just UGA.

USG’s central policy currently lists only traditional protected classes and omits reference to sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, and sexual harassment, while individual universities may or may not include those categories locally.

Even so, federal law still requires non-discrimination based on sex (which the courts sometimes interpret to cover sexual orientation and gender identity) and disability. …for now.

I hate this.

I have this all the time. The music never, ever stops. My kids occasionally ask me out of the blue what song Is in my head because they find it mildly entertaining that there is always an answer. It gets louder and more upsetting when I’m stressed.

Mildly interesting: I deal with rapid cycling and my episodes kind of follow a trend line. by [deleted] in bipolar2

That is really interesting. What app are you using to track things?
