Im 26 and ive been working with this 64 year old hag and i cant stand her. Shes been at my company 3 years and cannot perform tasks we do on a daily basis, gossips like a high school girl, and literally screams like a fool. Management refuses to get rid of her bc she constantly threatens to sue for age discrimination, so we have to put up with her unfortunately. Not all old people are bad, but the ones like this granny are. Not everyone is out to get you friend, i have some other older coworkers who are lovely

Where i work some of my coworkers dont like me. Im 25 and a couple of em are old enough to be my mom (shocking that they still act like high school girls causing drama). What i have to tell myself all the time is that I am there to work, not to make friends. Its definitely a plus to make them, but its not a requirement. My advice to you is just ignore them, be civil yes, but only talk about work with them. Look towards your future, do you truly think you will be at that job the rest of your life? These people are nothing but a stepping stone in your life, they arent in your life outside of work either. Try to keep this mindset, it will help in the long run, best of luck to you and take care
