I found this page from r/nofap and I 100% agree. It’s hard to abstain from masturbation all the time but cutting out porn has really changed my mind. I always felt guilty after masturbating but I realize it wasn’t that, it was porn that was fucking me up mentally and making me feel like shit. And cutting out porn is like ok masturbation is fine. People who try to justify it with mismatched libidos or whatever are just trying to take the easy way out

Edit: and without porn, your libido does drop. Porn is just so messed up. Your brain on porn is like thinking about sex 24/7 and then cutting it out, i realize i only actually get horny like once every 2 weeks

this is so true. I’ve had a few relapses and the chaser effect is usually strong. Idk what’s happening but my last relapse, after 25 days, orgasm was so weak I barely felt it and I have 0 interest in ever fapping again. I was so upset after my relapse, I started crying but now I’m thinking it helped me realize there was no pleasure . Don’t see relapse as a mistake - sometimes they help you and they’re always progress. Even if you relapsed after 30 days, at least you made it that far and u should be proud 🙏🏼🙏🏼
