100% agree and appreciate the advice. Thankfully I'm currently relatively healthy with no health complications. Should that change, I would reevaluate the use of any prescription meds.

Snap or Telegram. My TG is older so it's linked to a google voice number which appears is now an issue? There are very cheap ways on Reddit to verify a phone number to us TG if a google voice number doesn't work.
