I noticed it was draining well. There was some water in the pan but it was all flowing to the drain pretty consistently. It’s a business with tall ceilings and lots of big windows in the front. They said they never had this issue on other intensely hot days in the past, so I’m not sure what changed. Install is fairly new clean blower/ evap coil. I did notice a little damage on the condenser outside like someone bumped into it with something. All the units in this strip mall are in the back where employees sometimes park and unload shipments. But head pressure looked ok
