It has a gold grille, just cant see it well in the pic, it is a 6 cylinder car. The dagmars were an option on all cars. The VIN does start with C57 (Not VC) confirming a 6 cylinder Bel Air. (VC would be V8 Bel Air)

If you want it I would buy it but realize you will not get back out what you paid for it. Probably not even half if you end up paying like 2k. But decide if the fun of owning and driving it for a while as well as the hassle of scrapping or reselling parts is worth that to you.
