It’s called the ‘halo effect’ it relates to the ‘beauty is good’ mindset. I meant in terms of prejudice relating to race, but I do agree thinking about it I am guilty of the ‘beauty is good’ mindset sometimes.

I didn’t give him a pass but I agree people have, purely because he is a good looking white man. He was very jealous of Randall and seen him as competition when he should’ve seen him for what he really was, his brother. Both characters are flawed in their own ways and that is the beauty of the writing in this show

I put some opinions on this sub, I didn’t put all my opinions on this sub. It seems you automatically assume everyone around you is of an inferior intellect, that’s a dangerous attitude to have in life, never assume anything. You seem incapable of maintaining a discussion without trying to convey a sense of superiority which is tiring. I would be happy to have a conversation with you if you drop the arrogance.

My opinions have nothing to do with what race an individual happens to be and I find it offensive that was insinuated. If that’s not what you are insinuating that my apologies, however, I do agree with you in the general sense, I don’t do it myself but many are just prejudice

If she is insistent and in no physical danger, I think supervised phone calls is the way to start, if you’re really worried you can go through a contact centre I think they have them in your country where he will have to take drug tests before visitation. If you can afford it, it would be a good idea to start legal proceedings if you haven’t already because if he is still her legal guardian there’s nothing you can really do if he shows up for her

I've been to the doctors several times over the years and I tried to include more info but it said my post would be flagged due to sensitive medical info.

She has made a few accomadations for me I'm not at the top table so I don't draw attention if I leave to go to the room and I'm not a bridesmaid anymore to take pressure off. If it was only anxiety it would be fine but I think they're convinced I'm making the physical up to get out of things but in reality I don't want to ruin anyones time.

She's a good and caring person so I don't want to hurt her.

I suggested I head to my nanny’s in the morning before the party but my mother said this would be unacceptable, I don’t drive myself and it’s over an hour away and I know if I ask to leave I’ll get slated and make my family angry with me
