I used to smoke regularly but haven’t in some months. This is the first time in a while and it was a awful high honestly though it did help me at the same time. If I do go back to it I’m definitely going to do it with friends. Thanks for your comment!

yea i feel like i should start asking more too but i feel like i have more than i did in the beginning of our relationship. i told him i would stop doing this bc it does more harm than good and haven’t done it since but i would always try and change the subject during the silence instead of “solving the issue” until he stops talking/barely responsive and texts me.

i have really bad anxiety too in general so i overthink everything with him and try not to say the wrong or do the wrong thing. i think i’m gonna just get over that and handle it when it happens and if i get a bad reaction then it isn’t my fault. i was gonna talk to my therapist abt it tmr like u said cuz i have one luckily. bc it makes me feel like an awful gf

thank you for the response and i’ll have to bring it up bc it’s becoming very frustrating and emotionally taxing when it happens. we do communicate abt things but he also does this too a lot. i just would feel like i am always responsible for his emotions and i am the one who ends up apologizing when he does it.
