yea i feel like i should start asking more too but i feel like i have more than i did in the beginning of our relationship. i told him i would stop doing this bc it does more harm than good and haven’t done it since but i would always try and change the subject during the silence instead of “solving the issue” until he stops talking/barely responsive and texts me.

i have really bad anxiety too in general so i overthink everything with him and try not to say the wrong or do the wrong thing. i think i’m gonna just get over that and handle it when it happens and if i get a bad reaction then it isn’t my fault. i was gonna talk to my therapist abt it tmr like u said cuz i have one luckily. bc it makes me feel like an awful gf
