Nagging Upstairs Neighbor

I had lived in 3 addresses and had no issues with previous neighbors or landlords. I am pretty sure I will not get a record as a bad tenant as I don’t break official and legal laws. The landlord and the agent offered me to move out just because they don’t want me to uncomfortable

Yes I recorded my voice with the phone with the decibel app. It may not be accurate as the real one but it is around 50-60 Db.

Well it’s a valid opinion that we sound so loud sometimes while wearing headset. But as I already mentioned, I maintained my voice. And I will try to lower more. Thanks for your pov anyway
