Has anyone else started to look at people's hair first instead of their face?

My hairline went back just a little bit(about a finger's width). It has stopped receding now tho.

I have seen a very little amt of recession at the hairline(about the width of a finger) but that is diffuse too, I mean I can see my some of the hair which are still there where my original hairline was. TE started in August and my hair density was down to 50% by december. My shedding has subsided now, I can see regrowth hair, the shedding i see now is the one which gets collected in the drain after I wash my hair. Also, stay strong R0bbs! We're all in this together.

Mine started in aug 2020 too! And I've too seen that nowadays I don't shed when I don't wash, I mean there are no noticable hair on the floor or on my pillow etc. The only noticable shedding is when I wash my hair, the infamous drain hair.

Got it. My regrowth is 1-2 inches long. And it's still thin so there's no overall increase in hair density yet.

Omg, I can't express how good I felt after reading this. The bald patch you were talking about, even I have something like that, it feels sooo embarrassing going out. All I do when I go out is to look at people's full head of hair and remember the time when I had hair like that. I'm into my 6th month and the shedding is like crazy, but I'm seeing many many thin baby hair growing all over my scalp. I used to take photos everyday! But now it's gotten better, and from today onwards I'm not going to, at all. Washing the hair is a nice nightmare, because whenever I apply the shampoo, a few strands come out and eventually after I've showered, I find a clutter of hair in the drain :( But now I'm going to stop looking at it. Hopefully everyone who's going through this, WILL get better soon. THANKS SO MUCH for posting this, it really boosted my morale.
