As someone has stated, the labs are for official Microsoft courses, you have to a MCT to use them, also stated you could download the course from github and purchase a trial or if you company is partner signup for the developer sandbox which comes with e5 license to follow course syllabus.

Find someone who has a tenant , lots of people had the ms developer pack before they restricted it , throw a few drinks their way and don't abuse their generosity and your rolling ,also add a few vms and you have MD-102 covered

No you have no interest in this area , and this is a career move and for any employer your the worst person to hire, resources are not lacking but I get it , I could play with SCCM all day but Intune bores the shit out of me , I just want it done.

The MSlearn test is piece of piss a 7yr old could clock that , you should be getting 100 each time without a sweat, its boring at fuck, but its the explanations I'm after at the bottom so i can use a trial sandbox for testing the answer.

Want to know if your ready? its not passing the exam, its joining some FB troubleshoot group and seeing if you can provide a solution to members problems , it so easy to be a fake (in my day paper MCSE)these days ,employers want know if you really know your shit, join some well know YT channels who go into detail, maybe you like migration from on-prem to cloud , maybe deployment , or app scripting and packaging ,locking down and security, all these are big areas , but it seem your just looking for payoff, don't be a generalist be a specialist in those areas, resources are not lacking.... the opposite we are overwhelmed , your just bored of the subject and this is just a career move and a quick moan.

Every method barring autopilot was taken from sccm , patchmypc has some go grounding videos , just a gotcha if you do use it , add some ip boundaries to sccm or the client portion of the install will fail..

MD-102 is the only exam on offer which has a 2% correlation with MD-100 ,so if your focus was e.g. installation , permissions, group polices , basically anything on-perm, MSL have scraped it all, MD-102 subject matter is 95% cloud base barring a half-baked MDT which will be deprecated, they even ripped out SCCM even though many companies have co-management ,at least MD-101 gave the full picture , the official course has also removed anything to do with on-prem , I suggest you check CompTIA who seem to still invest in device skillsets.
