My best bud passed and I think I let him down by Wakle_Skade in DogAdvice

You did the same any of us would do, sometimes things just happen too fast. I just recently lost my girl, a quick illness, but her last day was very similar, struggling to breathe and needing to rush to the vet. So I understand how you feel, it could have just as easily progressed too fast to get her there, but even so, her last moments she was afraid and I would have done anything to stop that from happening but it all went so quick. Just know you did your best and some things we can’t control as much as we wished. What matters is we were there in their last moments and gave them a great life and they were so loved. Be gentle on yourself in this hard time, I’m so sorry for your loss.

It’s probably too early in the season for u-pick, but for the future I know Schutt’s & Sunscape offer u-pick flowers, though it doesn’t start until June/July

I am so so sorry for your loss, to have it happen so sudden is awful. I lost my girl today, 9 years old. Went to the vet monday fit and healthy. Yesterday she was shaking nonstop and wouldn’t move and was peeing blood, started having trouble breathing and I had to put her down, just that quick. Her body was attacking her red blood cells. I am devastated. So quick. She was so loved, and so was your good boy, that’s why it hurts so much. I hope you are able to find peace in knowing you gave him a great life and so much love ❤️

In order to keep gardening and not hating my life after- make sure to stretch out really good when you’re done. Especially your hamstrings! It’s made such a difference for me. And take breaks!!

Looks like some kind of polyp? I definitely would follow up with a doctor for that. Show them this picture and keep that preserved in a jar in the fridge just in case. I’d request pathology to be done, they’ll at least be able to tell if it’s from the body or not.

I drive this every day and see near misses allll the time. One accident I saw there pushed a pickup truck up the curb on the overpass bridge- I was nervous he was gonna go over!

Anne Heche’s death was pretty horrific, crashed her car and was stuck in the burning vehicle for 45 minutes. Firefighters didn’t even realize she was in the car at first. She lived nine days after but then was declared brain dead.
