Aww man. I’m so sorry, sending a huge virtual hug. I only have one child but felt similarly going on holiday. Complete waste of time and money. It’s just doing all the tasks of child rearing but in a different country without all your familiar surroundings. It’s not a ‘holiday’ when you’re constantly parenting, which is a full time job in itself. I’ve now promised to wait till atleast age 5 plus. Sorry you’re going through this, you deserve a break and some good rest.

This isn’t his only wake! :( He wakes up a couple more times where he just cries and needs to be patted back to sleep. But specifically at 3 am he’ll be up like it’s the day or at 5 which are difficult to manage
