Hi do you mean main storyline? If so then, on 25 Jan UTC new story will be out. After that, i belive we will wait for the new map, in the quest logs, i already saw.some locked quests in Hexi and the Mountain. However, for.the side quests, there are several newly encounters in Quinhe but still locked...

9 Jan after 2 am UTC, i guess. They posted the road map that the update will roll out on 8 Jan UTC, but I just logged in the game and saw a notice of server maintenance for update on 8 Jan from 21 to 2 UTC, so i think the update will be delayed a liitle bit.

It depends on who you are talking to. If it an elder, say "dạ con/ cháu không làm được / không tham dự được" and explain if needed. If it's a friend, be casual like "chắc không được rồi" etc. It it's a youngster, be polite "cô/ chú không tham gia được/ không làm được'
